We store the podcast production data you provide, including podcast metadata, episode information, assets, sponsor details, guest information, and prompt templates. This data belongs to your organization.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This helps us improve the product.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze site usage. You can control cookie preferences through the consent banner shown on your first visit. Essential cookies required for authentication cannot be disabled.

When you use prompt templates, the generated content is sent to these external services according to their respective privacy policies. ShowDog does not automatically send your data to AI services without your action.

ShowDog is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
